Wow. Great news. Buy American. Hire American 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Where will we end up following this direction? Detroit and auto industry cones to mind … great strategic thinking! Don’t forget, these are the best of the best - these people will go back to their countries and will make sure that they thrive … sorry that I had to talk to you like I would to a five year old …
It's all part of an effort to send the jobs overseas to India instead of sponsoring them here Average American still loses Just look at any tech companies current job postings. 75% India.
Amazon cannot be successful with its PERM filings while conducting layoffs, including citizens. That's the reason for the pause. As others have stated, it is also outsourcing more.
I hope Amazon does not stop H1B visa renewals and EAD/AP renewal sponsorship for folks awaiting AoS!!
Why would it
Thousands of us are on deck and waiting for the first reasonable opportunity to jump. The rest are below deck quiet quitting/ resting and vesting/ doing the bare minimum.
Doesn’t pip bother them? If they are doing the below deck stuff
PIP isn’t that responsive. Most of us have enough inertia to cruise for a year or more.
