It has become incredibly hard to find deals that can make the numbers work with the current interest rate and low inventory. Are you sitting on the sideline and/or what are you still doing to continue investing?
What do you guys think of investing in cheaper areas with all cash?
Tempted to buy a fixer upper in my neighborhood that is a ridiculously good deal… but it needs a lot of work! The previous owners started remodeling and did not finish the work. It looks like they found black mold and may have run out of cash to continue.
Location? I would buy it if you have the $ to flip it
