i haven't handed in my two weeks notice yet, is it ok to let hire right contact my current employer? don't want to have my manager find out before i'm ready to tell him. current TC: 200k new TC: 260k #backgroundcheck #offer #swe
No just send them a w2 form or pay slip proving you work there.
I’ve always just allowed it and never had problems. Like they’re just gonna contact some corporate HR line and verify employment and not say why. It could be any reason including a loan that wants to verify employment. Like someone else said, you can just submit paystubs but seems like extra hassle to me, unless you’re at a tiny company where your manager would 100% know
No. Just submit paystubs your prove you’re employed if they ask..
i'm just too lazy to go looking for them
so why did you create a post here on blind? lol
