For Seattle, I think it's a little bit under the market. You can negotiate more RSUs as well.

You can get up to 200k sure. For RSU 100k is totally doable for 4 years vesting

For non-tech PgM III, I just got $155k base, $140k/4 RSUs, and $10k signing. Didn't need relocation.
