Expedia Group sold Hotel operation management platform to ASG yesterday. Folks what do this mean to us as employees ? If things go south, Platform / operation org will be dropped as dead weight ? What you all think ?#expediagroup #reorg #alice
Long term strategy could be to unify the platform, take over customer data and exit unnecessary workforce. Risk for layoff varies from Analyst to Executive. Mostly re-org will happen and people from top cadre ideally get shredded.
