Have a recruiter call tomorrow for FP&A associate role, could anyone share base and TC so I know what to expect please? Over 5 YOE
My friend at E! Entertainment went to become a FP&A Associate at Netflix and was paid $180k back in 2018. It is an IC role but equivalent to a Senior Finance Manager or Director role at a traditional media company. No bonus. All cash. You can allocate part of your salary to stick options.
Thanks! Does he like the role? I might be getting an offer soon so I’m trying to decide if it’ll be worth it
~$200k TC was the offer I received for this role nearly a year ago
Thank you! What was base? And is bonus and stock options offered?
