I have been feeling down for a very long time now I am a male 26 year old living alone, have few close friends group from which I am being left out. There was a reunion planned with the college group only got to know about the reunion when they posted the pics in WhatsApp group, similar thing with colleague group who I have been very close, one of the friend got married only where everyone was invited except me got to know this through Instagram Recently got a match on hinge, met with her as well and informed her in the beginning itself that I am a fat person to which she didn’t mind but later after meeting she said it will not workout due to me being fat Getting rejected in interviews despite getting a green flag in the interviews. Recently started working at Expedia where my entire team is London and I am the only one working from India. This is worsening my loneliness Have over controlling parents with who I have multiple fights in a day Spending most of time either playing video games or watching some shit on ott Have been seeing a therapist for few months now but that doesn’t seem to be working Tc-26L YOE-5 #mentalhealth

Start going to the gym and take workout seriously. You need to stop worrying about who is inviting/avoiding you right now. It doesn't matter. Our society is such that they flock towards the people who have a positive vibe around them. People with negative outlook towards life or overall negativity around them attract noone but other negative people. You need to focus on fitness to get that positivity back. If you continue to care about other people, you won't be happy ever.
You need to get out and live on your own. Find another job at another city with more TC- that will help you
