There might not be a GPT-6/7. At its current rate of progression - If GPT-4 can lie to someone and it's only a matter of time before it's integrated to a bunch of ecosystems and their actions, then any uneducated jackass with malicious intentions can suggest a prompt that can cause GPT to orchestrate a cyber disaster. My timelines for this paradigm to peak and hopefully become commonplace or end - give or take 3-6y. Hopefully, the defences scale up with GPT at a equal if not faster pace.

Oh man I can’t wait. I can’t wait for AI to become sentient already. And wipe all of us out. That way I never have to see another Blind post about how AI will replace a certain type of engineer or job role.
