With low paying culture in Europe, UK is a safe bet. Expect housing quality to be very poor and you would need to account for close to 2K gbp per month for a decent apartment in London
They're very different cultures. You need to think about what you intend to do during your free time. Neither offer is going to make you rich.

If you are SWE, I guess Google on average has better WLB and code quality than Apple. Financially, I don’t think you can make good bucks either way. Although heard google is getting less competitive in terms of compensation lately. Also, I think not all orgs in Apple make it easy to switch teams.
