HR: If I self identify as white will I get more white interviews?
I have been keeping my identity secret from woke, but I also don't want to waste time with browns who are looking to hire other browns. Is race, gender, etc known to recruiters/managers if self reported? Should I include my headshot with resume? This is the system woke created.

Every corporation in the country literally asks my race and gender on the application, and I'm an idiot for wanting to know the same of the hiring manager? No. Just what in the fuck do you imagine they want that information for?

EEOC responses are used for auditing purposes and are not accessible by the hiring manager, recruiter, or even most in HR.
I don't believe that because the DOL put out a publication a few years ago instructing recruiters, managers, and HR to try to ascertain race and gender using web search results and social media if the candidate marks "do not wish to disclose."
