Help needed. Entry level sde openings

Hi all. My gf is about to graduate(2023 batch). She's currently interning at #Intel Bengaluru (sadly intel has decided not to convert any interns to full time this year). She has been grinding lc for months now but there aren't openings anywhere ans she hasnt been able to get interview calls. She's also a past GSoCer. I am really worried for her.
