Are Koreans generally that fit?
Pics or gtfo
It is like saying "How are humans so fit as seen in the Olympics?", a small subset does not speak for a whole population.
Koreans are bigger, thicker in general. They are basically Mongolians/central asians and have a long history of protein heavy meals
Wat
No. Only mongolian feature is *some* eye shapes :{
Korean culture places emphasis on beauty i.e. when you apply for a job, you need to attach your photo on resume and do some editing to make you look more beautiful. There's a thing called the Korean look, or Korean shiny skin. There's also a huge culture of plastic surgery, so there's pressure to look fit or be excluded from the cool kids group. Which leads to selection bias. But there are nice people. They're just not very visible because the social exclusion is sometime too much. If you hang out with Asian groups in colleges, you'll see them. But they're usually not part of any group that has big social presence. You can try imagining having your photo on your resume when applying for a job in the US.
Bro, they literally are picking 100 of some of the fittest people in the country - several with huge accolades related to fitness in their career. You don't think most countries could muster up 100 people with comparable levels of fitness?
Physical 100 is not a random sample lol, they were selected for their fitness and physical attributes. There's even some Westerners that take part.
Most attractive Asians for sure I ahd a crush on this Korean guy but he had his beautiful model looking girlfriend, korean as well Sigh 😕
I heard that there's a fad in Korea called "body profile", basically your regular shmuck would do some intense periods of dieting and exercising to get in shape and get their pictures taken so yes, it's considered cool so more people hit the gym or to get in shape. it's also a culture where outward looks, appearance, and status literally mean everything, so that's that.
High protein diet.
