How do divorced folks find a match?

Asking on behalf of someone who recently got divorced. It wasn't easy finding a girl the first time itself (due to multiple reasons compatibility, education, looks etc) and now seems even more difficult. The person is not able to find someone by himself so might need to use matrimonial websites.
