Only if pronouns are vi/vim…otherwise hire the person without pronouns

Pronouns aren't a relevant factor at all, same as the char length of their name. If their skills are exactly the same, the first who applied wins. You guys obsessed with DEI should realize you have become a puppet of the conservative rhetoric, and you are not even able to think with your own head anymore.

Pronouns are a direct indicator of how annoying the person is. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Pronouns could also be indicator that they realize that some of their colleagues are international and may not know how to address them. I don’t like to guess gender based on names, especially for Asian cultures. I almost always get it wrong. Pronouns help.

My pronouns are USA. Will you hire me 🥹

Managers have a VIBE rating where we get a bonus for hiring more diverse individuals so I would 100% choose the more diverse candidate if all things were equal.

If we normalize setting pronouns, the people who want to use pronouns won't feel judged. It's such a simple thing. Also helps in cases where people can't guess your gender by just your name, eg. Alex. I don't understand this hate around LGBTQ community. Would you behave the same if your colleague had a physical difference due to which they needed to use a wheelchair and your office decided to make wheelchair ramps?

Blind is full of indians like me and indians hate LGBTQ 😟 it's changing but change is slow

Microsoft cvjn May 6

No they don’t. Talk for yourself. @Minamato

Why would it matter?
