Hi folks, i am interviewing with Expedia for Prog Mgr role, can you give me a heads up on what to expect? And ball park figure to expect in terms of bonus comp stock etc? Expedia doesn't do bonuses as of about 2 years ago, they basically wrapped the guarantee of a bonus into base pay. Equity is usually pretty small unless you are more senior (principal or director and above), I mean like 25-50k yearly) small

Expedia made bonus part of base pay so it’s guaranteed and higher. This is a good thing
