SAP clear winner. Good culture and benefits. With good WLB, u can prepare FOR an year or two for companies with good WLB but much higher TC than SAP.. LIKE google, adobe, microsoft, atlassian kinda companies. Peace of mind is not worth the 3—4 lac difference.
Which T level has SAP offered you? Is it T2 L2?
