Job offer - new mom
I’ve been at EY for 2 years in CSB, BD group. I have recently received an offer at a relatively new start up it’s tech company in healthcare. Pros: $35k increase. TC $165k Con: Im pregnant, and they only offer 3 month @60% pay vs ey offers 4 months full paid mat leave. Looking for input from first time moms, and also thoughts on if EY would be willing to match the offer? #salarycomparison #salarynegotiation #newparents
