For news, collection of information was held at a company. Then the internet was invented so the news became cheap and mostly free For videos, broadcasting agencies held the infrastructure to show videos. YouTube and personal cameras invented so everyone could create a show and broadcast For rides, taxi agencies held the resources but Uber/Lyft were invented to let people use their cars and become taxis Like above, coding is becoming more of a commodity due to no-code apps and countless of surge in companies that try to replace/automate headaches of running software companies without extensive knowledge. Once something that was guarded by years of learning and experiences, like education and jobs like psychiatrists are now getting replaced by AI. I think that we will be living in a world where ideas come to life in days without any knowledge, where a single person creates a billion dollar company, and where the market is extremely competitive that unless you have patents, everyone can copy and outpace you #nvidia #apple #google #amazon #microsoft #meta #uber
You L3 or L4?
Only job left will be to invent and file patent
imagine thinking that you are living in a moment which is so special, so fundamentally different from every other moment in history. this is a sure sign of delusion. things have always gotten easier. new hard things replace old hard things, and market value follows basic economic principles. if anyone can create a billion dollar company, it's not a billion dollar company anymore. it's a commodity. sure you can't make a billion dollars selling a chat app in a future where chat apps can be created with the press of a button, but the billion dollar idea will be something you can't currently imagine and wouldn't have the knowledge or skill to build anyway.
