Asians / Indians often get unfairly labeled as socially awkward. That's a sorta subtle racist grouping them together as an inferior, excluded group. San Francisco Bay Area / Silicon Valley is the way it is largely thanks to them. You think White Americans were toiling and building on railroads or pushing their kids to go to the best engineering schools? The heavy emphasis on education is also thanks to Asian cultural influence. Asians ARE the mass labor for tech. Without them, Silicon Valley wouldn't be the global epicenter. Meanwhile practically every White American I went to school with is doing who knows what or sales / marketing. White Americans have this pattern of not wanting to get their hands dirty to do the hard work, physically or mentally. Not everyone but many. Will quickly try to rise to management where they can schmooze. I've heard Asians / Indians not hiring White Americans for this reason. All I'm saying is don't hate on the group that is the main workforce behind Silicon Valley. Without them, American technology would be engineered nowhere close to what it is today. TC: 200k
It’s white American culture to take something someone else built and make it theirs. Like Yoga. Or Blues music. Or leftist movements. The list goes on.
I mean you're predicating everything on the belief that silicon valley is this big cool thing Which is true but 𝘍𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 is still the finer and cooler and whiter space
Who does finance for their countries back home in their respective countries? Why wouldn't they be able to do that here? Only reason is because of social exclusion that prefers whites. But finance may one day give away to crypto as well. New class will rise.
That settles it. “Finance will give away to crypto”. You’re a goddamn moron. Why’d you post this? Asian women prefer white men?
Let’s be real - any person can be trained to perform a job.
The American Dollar brings in the capital which is an essential ingredient in success of startup ecosystem. 95%+ startups fail. What you see are the survivors! Give a 1000 Chinese or 1000 Indians, 10 million dollar each. You will easily see another 10 or 20 companies as big as Silicon Valley giants!
Then where are all the White Americans in engineering? For the past decades they were all Asians. Now they're trying to pivot for the money, but even then most of them become business analysts or consultants and a few to PM.
OTB Indian/EA work hard, can grind 12 hours a day, but aren't as good in risk taking and as innovating as white people, statistically speaking. That's why most successful tech founders are white. The founders need hard working labors to build out and maintain the business, while they chart the course, work on the most critical technology, and pass down the work. In short, tech companies need both to thrive.
That's what you want to believe. The truth is Korean and Chinese technology are already surpassing American. Give it another decade or two and you'll see tech will be led by many Asians. Only reason why Japanese electronics/hardware tech don't dominate the American market is because of the law passed to increase tariffs on Japanese electronics, hence why Panasonic and Sony lost their chokehold grip.

Both are true. A great workforce, and socially awkward.
Being an Indian, I find some of these posts self aggrandizing and nothing but instigating white Americans. Tech although not 100% but have leveled the playing field to an extent. In Tech, we do have a blessed life, stop with this race bashing and focus on doing something meaningful beyond your day job
No, Americans did in 200 years what Asians couldn’t do in 20,000.
So America invented paper, farming, wheels, everything in 200 years with no contact or knowledge of outside or past civilizations? Some of you all need to just pick a book up and read...
The scientific revolution of the last 400 years that gave humanity the modern world happened in the West, driven 99% by white people. That's why in school you learn about Newton's Laws and Maxwell's equations, not Patel's Law and Chen's equations. China and India would still be largely agrarian societies without white people.

What are your thoughts on Blacks?
One of my favorite managers was black. I find them kinder people overall in the workplace. Unfortunately, they are still American, and Americans don't realize they are privileged being in America where there's significantly less competition due to population size. American work ethic drastically lags behind Asians / Indians who have to compete against 10x back home. Just imagine the grit it builds. 12 hour work days as children. I can't imagine and I'm American. One more thing to add - Corporate America is pretty white, cold, and sterile to outsiders. The less diverse the worse it is. Work environments with more Black Americans tend to feel more inclusive overall.
If whites are so much lazier then it’s funny that so many of them end up running organizations. Maybe time for some introspection on your part on why that’d be (it’s because they’re not robots like you)
