Looking to switch to a different company due to work place toxicity, bad WLB and potential layoffs

Hi there, I think the title pretty sums up what I am going through. I am a Senior program manager at Amazon with 8+ years of experience in the program management and business intelligence space. I am on visa and would like to safeguard that with layoffs coming up and also planning to move to another role/company that has decent WLB and compensation.
