Need help deciding on this offer. Currently have excellent WLB at Expedia but am plateauing in terms of TC. Meta has a much higher TC potential but am worried about WLB and unless equity refreshes are large it won’t be worth it. Any idea how large on-target equity refreshes are in comparison to the initial grant at Meta? Also any idea what WLB is like for DS in London? (All values converted from GBP to USD). Join meta but negotiate your offer, no one moves for such a small amount.

Just say that you really want to join Meta and love the role but the offer has to be competitive. Ask for a higher RSU because that's more negotiable than the base and try to get a sign on bonus. If they don't budge on any of it then don't join Meta. Meta stock is ATH and you may end up earning a lot less than Expedia over 4 years. Initial stock grants really matter at all FAANG. As a general rule, I don't change jobs for less than a 30% raise. Good luck!
Either stay and keep interviewing for higher TC or negotiate would be what I would do.
Invest in your CV. Take the Meta role and the position after that will be very high TC

You should stay at Expedia If you want to work on ML instead of analytics
Meta in your CV will bump your next TC. Career growth and tech stack is better in Meta. You can develop yourself better.
