Meta Verbal Offer - E4 Downlevel

Currently L5 AS in Amazon. Clear path for promotion in one year. 2 days ago I heard from recruiter that I was down-leveled to e4. Recruiter mentioned that they might be able match the current TC after e4 positions open up. Unsure it is worth moving. What do you guys think? Current TC: ~420k with stock appreciation YOE: 5.5 years

OP what's your new TC offer from Meta? Is it higher or lower than your Amazon 420K TC? If lower along with down-level, I would stay at Amazon and wait for promotion before trying again.

I got downlevel in first discussion and no HC, so this is promising. Heard it was a very long wait ahead
