TC 300k
Most forced-birthers consider the morning-after pill an abortion.
I don't remember when was the last federal law/bill about abortion pushed/signed So pretty low priority
Would love someone to list out what 100 problems are more important than this lol. It’s at least top 20 IMO.
Top 20 for state laws. The constitution and ruling is very clear. Mind this in your own state. Don’t force it from federal level.
Can someone explain if it means that if you had sex, got a girl pregnant, she can't take pills? Or it's after a certain time period (like 5 months of pregnancy) that you can't abort because it's harmful for the body?
If you're already pregnant, you cannot abort. Taking a morning after pill isn't considered abortion since the fetus hasn't formed yet. The abortion ban in the US is completely "morality" based, where the so-called pro-lifers believe that abortion = murder. This means, even women who face a genuine health risk cannot avail an abortion.
But even the after pills are being banned in many states right now looks like.
