(Posting on behalf of a friend) Expedia Gurgaon - Senior manager Level M Base - 72 LPA(excluding PF) with PF 76 JB - 22 LPA (first year) 18 (second year) Stocks - 100K/4 years TC - ~ 1.2 CR Microsoft Noida - Level 65 - principal manger (not group) Base - 66 LPA JB - 10 LPA and 5 LPA(first and second year) Stocks - 200K/4 years TC - ~ 1.1 CR Adobe Noida - Level - senior manager Base - 68 LPA JB - 10 and 8 LPA ( each year) Stocks - 180K/4 years TC - almost similar to MS Yoe 15
Microsoft can give more stocks for L65...L63 people are getting nearly 200k stocks now a days.... Push more

Tech stack? Isn't it a bit low for 15yoe? I just read a post about 5yoe getting 65base and getting counter of 72 base Total going beyond 1.3cr Forgive my ignorance though. I am new here and kind of surprised at the insane salaries here
No it's not low by any means, if you have 65 lpa at 5 yoe , then you also have 20-25 lpa at 15 yoe which is still common in majority of it roles in India to suprise of most of blind. So it's about absolute numbers not relative ones.
Yes it is low DSM12. The reason is that the market is paying more for ICs now than Managers. If someone looks for an IC role with 15 yrs experience, all 3 of these companies would have easily given 80+ base and 1.6Cr+ TC.
MS is better in the long run and from a brand point of view. Take it if you like the team/role. Also yrly refresher range has gone up recently.
Microsoft wins here. Baing at Adobe, and I won't recommend it here. People at sr. Manager has hell lot of meetings anyone can imagine,even after 7.lot of decision making lies in usa folks hands. Not sure of Expedia, but heard that they had layoffs during covid time. Microsoft any day any time from given scenerio
Your TC should go higher in each cmpy as you are not including the avg/target perf bonus.
Choose between MS and Adobe . Both are stable company and fairly recession proof.

Not adobe for sure.. The speed at which stock is tanking, it has capability to under 100 soon, really weak outlook of sales with almost no innovation going forward.
