Trump is accused of r*ping a 13 year old
My company has 401k through fidelity and my goal is to maximize limit from this year. I also started doing backdoor ROTH using Vanguard from last year and already put all the money for 2023. I see on fidelity through my employer I see there’s option for roth deferral or employee referral. If I do a Roth deferral will that be considered on top of my ROTH amount? Eg if I already put 6500 for the Vanguard one, I should not be doing Roth deferral on my employer’s fidelity one? Tc 140k 7 years SDE ( Company matching is too less…😟) Reposting to SE topic since no reply from Investment. #personalfinance #investments #401k #rothIRA
Roth 401k and Roth IRA are two separate things with their own limits. You can max out 6500 for Roth IRA and 22.5k for traditional or Roth 401k. You should also encourage your employer to offer the mega backdoor Roth 401k, which allows you to continue to contribute up to the 66k max per year
Thank you 😊 my TC is only 140k, I can ask but I wont have much left to put on megaroth as of now 😒
