DK is not TK. Dk is a mediocre ceo. Uber settled for something less. During Dk tenure at expedia, priceline grew from 0-100 b while expedia just grew to 20b market cap. Good luck. Dk is not a visionary, but a copy cat( copied booking dot com all the time). Uber was looking for gold, but settled for bronze No wonder if he starts following Lyft. This is the time for Lyft to grow just like priceline.
Copy cat is not bad for growth if you have either enough cash and plenty of great engineers. Look at how FB and Instagram does.
Dk will listen to TK and keep TK as the real CEO
Uber already has a visionary. Adding another one will just cause more conflicts. I say TK + DK is a perfect match for Uber.

How closely did you work with DK? If your interaction with DK was reading his company wide emails then you don't know anything more than anyone else in this thread
