Hey guys, would be glad for referrals to companies where WLB is good. In current role at a startup, manager is convinced that I can't do much of technical work and any amount of efforts are sort of getting overlooked. I've mostly been involved with customer centric work and most of my time gets devoted to debugging google sheets and sql. I find very less time to do engineering work and my manager doesn't understand the part wherein a lot of my time goes towards the customer work. Feels pretty demoralising! My manager calls me non-technical, non-intellectual and unable to solve complex problems - even when I haven't worked much with him in the recent past. However the CEO and a senior staff engineer like me and they like working with me. Have been a bit depressed this week because of this...... @Atlassian @Cloudera @Microsoft @Adobe @Expedia @Apple @Twitter @LinkedIn @Alphonso @Bloomberg @Intuit @Qualcomm @Nvidia @Indeed @Confluent TC - 20L (all fixed) YOE - 3
