Had to move to Chennai for work(2 months assignment), and I don’t have a kitchen. Eating exclusively outside(swiggy and hotel food some days).. can some one recommend a diet plan while eating out .. like things to eat/restaurants/things to avoid. I have been living on roti and rice but I need to have some good healthy food. I have a gym and I am lifting weights and running 4 days a week. Any recommendation Chennai folks ? PS: not in compass anymore and new company reimburses all my meals #chennai #restaurants
