Robinhood Karat Technical Interview (Backend engineer)
Hello! I have an hour long technical interview (with Karat) for Robinhood coming up. Recruiter said it would be 40 mins for solving a coding question and 20 mins for a design question. Any idea on what type of question I should expect for design? Also, how I should prep for design questions? Never given a design interview before. Thanks! #Interview #systemdesign #technicalinterview
I have given Karat for some other company. In 20 mins of you have to ans 4-5 questions. Very subjective in nature. Given some problem how would you solve or troubleshoot. E.g. a social networking site is having issue in one region. What would you do? Approach? Etc. Vending machine is doing batch processing every night at 12. Some data is corrupted. Etc. Given this graph what do you think the issue is.
I did not get 40mins, got 25.

I got 1 LCS DP question plus some string parsing + graph question. Nothing too complicated if you are comfortable with LC mediums
Amazon did you get 30mins or 40mins for coding part?
