Check out the research from Princeton economists here Blinder and Watson et al. 2016: https://www.aeaweb.org/articles?id=10.1257/aer.20140913 Abstract The US economy has performed better when the president of the United States is a Democrat rather than a Republican, almost regardless of how one measures performance. For many measures, including real GDP growth (our focus), the performance gap is large and significant. This paper asks why. The answer is not found in technical time series matters nor in systematically more expansionary monetary or fiscal policy under Democrats. Rather, it appears that the Democratic edge stems mainly from more benign oil shocks, superior total factor productivity (TFP) performance, a more favorable international environment, and perhaps more optimistic consumer expectations about the near-term future. (JEL D72, E23, E32, E65, N12, N42) Just thought people should know about the data from actual economists
Is it like when I get flashy cars, designer wear, and eat out at expensive restaurants using a high limit credit card on daddy's account, which daddy has to pay at the end of the month to keep bailing you out? Keynesian economics and MMT work that way. It shouldn't need Princeton researchers to tell you. Disclaimer: DNR
Not sure I follow
Forget everything other than the first paragraph. Daddy is like the fiscal conservative, while I (the liberal spender) look like living large and moving up the social ladder. Hoarding everything isn't a good idea, and neither is spending too much.

I.E. Has nothing to do with their policies.
Since before 1949, Democrats have been always on the side of criminals, whether they held office in the federal or local values. It’s just a party for criminals.
??? Trump and all of his admin have been charged with crimes. Trump is a convicted felon
People living outside your echo chamber know what I’m talking about. People outside your echo chamber don’t give a fxxx of your obsession of a socialist kangaroo court. We see the reality of car breaking, mailbox thefts, store robberies, and druggies zombies in front of children’s museums with our own eyes. Democrats are for all of those sick situations.
Yep. Democrats are better for economy. Between current two presidential candidates at least Biden accepted that he didn't perform well in the debate well. Is there any scenario where Trump showed his sportsmanship when he lost or didn't do well in anything? More over Trump didn't answer to the question of will he accept the election results which mean there is going to be another Jan 6th if he lose. A leader should always have a quality of being modest and optimistic. When you lose you accept that you lost when you win you attribute that success to your team.
Define "better". More spending? More tightening?
Thought this was common knowledge. Republicans are only good for wealthy white men.
And democrats are good for nobody lol
Yes, this is an obvious fact with undeniable correlation, but shills will spam nonsense no doubt
Ok SleepyJoe boot licker. We still won’t vote that creepy zombie.
Everybody that lived through Carter only talks of the gas lines and crime...someone should show them this paper written by Democrats proving that everything was great and that they're all just misremembering!
Yes and ofcourse the stock market crash during Reagan admin, the great recession and stock market crash during Bush admin, the covid crash during the trump admin… etc etc Let’s not forget those as well
Maybe Jimmy Carter could run for his second term?
Blaming Trump for the Covid collapse, and crediting Biden for the rebound jobs that would’ve happened anyway, is total BS.
Is blaming Biden for high inflation and corporations raising prices also BS then?
Yes
