Reddit interview timeline / feedback

I interviewed (onsite) with Reddit a week ago (8 days, 5 business days). I followed up after 4 business days, but recruiter didn’t respond. Can anyone who has interviewed with Reddit or currently at Reddit shine some light on what could be happening. Is it reject? Initially I thought I did ok and there was a chance I pass. But ofc as time pass and I’m having serious doubts :(

No DS

Ur the backup while they negotiate with their first choice. If they end up offering u negotiate hard and ask for everything u want they’ll have no choice but to accept your terms.

I heard Reddit might be doing team matching instead of hiring for a specific role. Do you know anything about out this? And would this still apply

I don't have an answer for your buut please could you help me out and share • did you have a leetcode/programming interview? recruiter made it sound like writing more production level code in multiple parts and not classically leetcode. what do you recommend i practice then? • did you have a cross-functional product interview? I've never had an interview with a PM before. howd that go?
