Transitioning career, need referral for PM roles

Hello Blinders, I am currently working as a QAE at a startup, I have been wanting to transition to a Product Management role. I tried to do transition within my org and even handled some tasks along with my regular QA responsibilities - however, it is not enough to attract job leads. I pursued some PM certifications from Pendo and will also be appearing for productHq and CSPO certification. I also go through exponent’s mock interview, follow product management podcast which is only adding to my PM aspiration. Pain Point- I am having a hard time creating a resume that reflects my PM responsibilities I am having finding it difficult to get any calls on my application. Lack of any guidance/mentorship that is in my budget I am looking for A. Guidance on transition from WA to PM role B. any one who can mentor and help me C. Review my resume and do mock interviews D. Refer or hire me I am also happy to connect with aspiring PMs if that Is beneficial.
