For me it is Twilio Square Lyft What are the ones always reject your application? No matter which role I apply, above never ever give me a chance. I am applying to swe. Pretty sure it is because of my name, middle eastern name. I call it the racist bag. I have top investment bank, Msc from an ivy league . twilio doesn’t auto reject using ATS, they actually go through the applicants and reach out if interested.
Yeh it was wierd I got referrals to shopify and doordash and I got a rejection a few days later
Yes Shopify did the same thing to me. With referral, w/o referral always sends me gtfo
If you’re from non-modern tech company with very little YOE, it’s auto reject from shopify
