You'd want to aim for structure. What I generally see are people overconfidently going into interviews focused on Leetcode but not paying attention to how they talk about their past experiences. What data points do you recall from your recruiter PS about the role and scope? HM is going to assess whether or not your experience is a good fit for the role. To set yourself up for success, ask him about the role and the scope first, before you dive into “tell me a little bit about yourself” …this way you can align your experiences as close as you can with what the HM is looking for. Keep it relevant. Use the job description as a guide. Other than that keep a few STAR answers on hand …most complex project, a time you failed/missed deadline, a time you had a disagreement, a time you challenged/changed the status quo Gl!
