Hey guys, I am just on final stage interview with Axtria as Senior Associate Data Scientist. He told me maximum they can offer me is 18 LPA , if i am okay with it they can go for final round. Currently I said I am not okay with this compensation, as I will be going to appraisal cycle within few months . Any suggestion ? Focus on being in a stable job until the market stabilises. 4L is not a big difference . So if you're established in your existing company then stick with it and target big tech for next switch
