Servicenow offer Expectations?
Hello, thanks to the community I’m hoping to get an offer from Servicenow. I have the below questions : 1. The job description had no levels nor base info so can a job be up leveled ? If yes, how many levels can it up-leveled? 2. For a role, how much is servicenow paying today for ic5/i 6 to people working on the platform. Pls list base , bonus and RSU. 3. I remember seeing some post about someone getting a Sr Staff offer at about 450k which was way higher than levels.fyi. In general up leveling can happen if you understand the role that you played in the current team and the role that you are going to play in the next one. Good luck
450k is high for TC on an initial offer, IMO. Very possible with consistent high performance and refreshes stacked up. Depending on the tier you're in I'd guess closer to 325-375k.
You really think 450 for sr staff? Gosh that will be a big hit. What is the base for this?
