Amazon L5 Offer
I received an L5 offer this week from Amazon(Prime team). Fully Remote, I spoke about the comp with the recruiter. The interviewer said it is the final offer and no room for negotiation. Fully Remote (CA): ~$308k (Base - 185k + 1st year Bonus 110k + 5% stock) I would appreciate any thoughts/insight on what other people have received. Current TC at Tesla (SSE): ~$275k (with stock appreciation) YOE: 7 Should I stay at Tesla or move to Amazon? Fully Remote is the upside. #amazon #faang #tesla
Take amazon, no brainer
Money isn’t enough to make an obvious choice. Go based on interest.
How did you calculate RSU value ? What is your total comp package? Can you reveal?

Received an L5 offer recently. My TC came out around 370k. Also remote. Base is lower but bonus was way higher.
