Got an Amazon L5 offer for 450K total compensation. Currently SDE 2 at Instacart. Wondering what to do to maximize TC and growth? Any advice is strongly appreciated. TC: 320K YOE: 3.5

I only got this offer after months of interviewing. Only interviewed at companies that could beat current tc for current yoe so options are limited

I had a similar offer from Amazon, but the job just didn't excite me. If the job role at Amazon appeals to you, go for it, but don't let the big TC numbers drive you towards something you don't enjoy or care about. Good Luck!

Yes, it's 5/15/40/40 over 4 years. But they pay you a cash bonus to keep your TC consistent.
