Amazonian job change advice
I have been working as a senior frontend engineer at Amazon, but due to workload and pressure I want to switch and I have offers from these companies as a senior frontend engineer. Sap, Siemens and Visa Inc. Which one should I select as TC for all these companies are almost the same and 10% more from Amazon? Should I stay in FAANG as it's good for my future career or I can join these companies as well?
Oh boy. Amazon to siemens is even an option. Something must be wrong.

There should be another option, "Go anywhere just don't stay at Amazon." Maybe your team is awesome though. Maybe your manager cares about you more than whether he can PIP you or not. Heck, it could happen.
Stay away from Amazon, you will regret eventually!
