Bay Area : Dublin Boulevard
What is Blind’s opinion about the Boulevard master plan at Dublin & most importantly Lennar as a builder . Our household Gross is ~ 500K but both of us on Visa so don’t want to buy a big house to start with. Want to keep it under 1.2 for now. Condos at Lennar are priced between 1M- 1.3M are they worth the money ? Some more info 1. Don’t want to move further up to San Ramon( need proximity of BART ) 2. Dublin preferred due to Good Public Schools 3. One partner work in SF & one work at Sunnyvale, commute 2/3 days / week.
Condo won't appreciate at all Just look at other condo in last 6 years vs sfh I'd recommend to spend lil more and buy in San Jose as long as it's still affordable right now

Crime and mello Roos tax. Don’t do it
How's the safety situation in Dublin? There's a prison next to lennar, I've heard residents complaining about it.
