Does anyone else have the same issue as I do? When searching for jobs on LinkedIn with "United States" as the location filter, I only got 1.6k results, whereas when filtering with "Germany" as the location filter I got about 130k results. So, there's a bug when searching for Jobs in the United States or any other countries except Germany. Does anyone know how to solve this annoying issue? #linkedin
Just use Indeed. There are too many bugs with the LinkedIn search. Many jobs are hidden until you use the company filter to surface them. Promoted jobs are also flooding the board so a lot of newly posted ones don’t show up.
The jobs that are “hidden” aren’t the ones that recruiters are paying for. It is, at the end of the day, a marketplace. For your job search, i would recommend double checking all your filters when searching for jobs in the US. If that still doesn’t help, please do submit a bug report - this would be something that the team would definitely prioritize fixing.
Yes linkedin sucks
