Can someone refer me ?

I have 3.5 YOE including 1 year of internship. I am on notice period till next month. Current TC: 18lpa Holding single offer: 28lpa (27 fixed + 1JB) Whenever I look for a change I somehow end switching to a company with not so many perks or a above market salary, I feel this is because I am introvert enough to not go and ask for referrals. I have solved strivers SDE sheet and feel normally confident in LLD. This time I dont want to be a seating duck for the recruiters to shoot and want to interview with some good companies in the market. It will be of great help if someone from blind can refer me.
