If yes, how did you get rid of them and what precautions do you take to avoid that in the future? #fitnesskeeper #fitness #gym
Lose weight and start wearing sunscreen.
What the heck are tech neck lines?
Sunscreen use and a lower body fat level will help keep it minimal. Another big factor is sleep quality and consistency. Also, moderate to heavy drinking or partying will make you age fast as shit as you get into your 30s. Genetics are the other key things but that's baked in so it's different for everyone
Reduce stress. Reduce screen time because if youāre focusing on the screen then you are probably flexing the face muscles and thatāll lead to lines folds etc. drink enough water, reduce sugar and veggies oils. Sunscreen as others said (although almost all sunscreens have estrogenic compounds). Weight lifting actually causes more lines I think Iāve seen friends do it and after that they got the lines.
"Online campaigners based in the US and Europe have expressed concerns that sunscreen may contain endocrine disrupting chemicals, such as oxybenzone and octinoxate. However, the TGA reported in 2001 that there was insufficient evidence to support the claim that chemicals in sunscreen interfere with the endocrine system in humans. Moreover, the endocrine disruption studies were based on the ingestion (swallowing) of the chemicals, rather than their application on the skin, which results in much lower absorption into the body." Source: https://www.cancer.org.au/iheard/do-sunscreens-contain-endocrine-disruptors The TGA one is from australia, but there is a page from NIH as well and one from the EU comission. Not gonna lie I didn't read them all but, but it seems safe to say that it seems like sunscreens do more good than possible harm. Another source says "No studies to date have directly linked sunscreen to cancer in humans." (https://shorturl.at/uHUtn).
Itās toxic to animals So one can assume the same for humans: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7648445/ Estrogenic compounds : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5086697/ I donāt wanna be a guinea pig to test out these compounds
Use moisturizer. If you donāt have a regular face and neck cleanser and moisturizer routine, then look into it.
Dr. Dray has some really good advice on this. I also found the Omnilux Red light for neck to be very helpful as well.
