Hello, I recently interviewed with Expedia Group for a SDE 2 (Level K) role which is Austin based. Today I had an initial call with the recruiter to discuss numbers and this is what he shared Base - 140000 ( can go higher but not much, will confirm with HM) RSU - 25000 ( max high is 37500, recruiter said will try to get the max) Sign on - 25000 Target Bonus - 25000 ( this would be in form of RSUs which will vest quarterly ) Bonus can go higher or lower based on performance. TC ~ Y1 181k ( with sign on), Y2 onward $156k I’m also in talks with Microsoft, I don’t have the numbers yet. I’ll take MS offer to EG recruiter and see how much more can I extract and vice a versa. Seems to be pretty good for Expedia. Much higher than what i am getting at the same level and i am in seattle.

That's great pay as per Expedia standards even for the Seattle location. For Austin, it's a no-brainer to accept it if you do not have competing offers.

Guess good as per Expedia, industry wise not so good. Very easy to touch 200K + these days
