Fragomen H1B questionnaire-CPT
I have did day1 cpt after my masters. I was on valid f1 visa and i94 at that time. Got h1b approved parallely. Now got a new offer and fragomen is working on h1b transfer. They have sent out a questionnaire for h1b. It has the following question and confused what to answer since the question seems to be tricky “did you commence cpt inmediately after you began the degree program” If i answer “yes” would i still be eligibile. Anyone else faced same situation with fragomen.
You mean you took OPT after masters? Why or when did you take CPT?
i did phd after master. i took cpt as a part of phd program.
If you used cpt when you were in school, that is how it is supposed to be used. It's the same when interning while enrolled in school. I don't see any issues.
