Illegal aliens who cross the border, sell drugs and commit crime will get citizenship with Biden executive order in Tuesday http://fox59.com/news/politics/ap-politics/ap-half-a-million-immigrants-could-eventually-get-us-citizenship-under-new-plan-from-biden/amp/
Usually you have to have a 8-10 year clean record an legal status. All he is doing is formalizing the clean status part. Plus before that those people could become US residents.
America is a diverse shit hole. At this point, democrats should abolish visas completely and let Wall Street continue milking society.
Reading comprehension isnât OPs forte. âWill versus couldâ.
Also some of those people are on a legal status too like asylum. The court system takes years to do anything about formalizing it.
Gotta those votes somehow. Import the 3rd world, and become the 3rd world.
Or read the article and then make an informed comment. Canât expect that much from low IQ voter though.
If theyâre married to a us citizen, wouldnât they qualify for a green card? Lol
The bar for immigrating in the US is way too low. 1. Illegals shouldnât be allowed in the US. Once youâre an illegal, youâre always an illegal. 2. Spouses should be given a grace period to get a work visa, or they will be required to leave. 3. One child per primary visa / green card holder. When that child turns 18, theyâll be required to get a student visa or other visa. 4. People with history of mental illness shouldnât be allowed to immigrate to the US.
So if someone is depressed and anxious because something terrible happened to them in their home country, that should disqualify them from coming to the United States to try to improve the situation?
The processing times for spouses who do things legally is already way too long and now theyâre going to allow illegals to get in the same line. So tired of people who break immigration laws being rewarded for not following the process.
That's because the USCIS is understaffed for political reasons. They make money on every app and could hire more staff. A lot of the "illegals" are people from Central America and Venezuela who have a legal right to petition for asylum. The courts are also understaffed (deliberately) though so that takes years or decades to process. Until then they are left here without status. It's fine if you don't want immigration, but a lot of the layman understanding of the process is terrible.
I legally immigrated and processing times in Southern California were much longer than the north east 20 years ago (6 weeks vs 6 months for the same visa) Itâs gotten ridiculous. Now if you immigrate legally as a fiancĂ© or spouse youâve got to live on one income because EAD might take 6-12 months so those doing it legally are more disadvantaged than those doing it illegally. People applying legally think they are going to have an opportunity to work but they are stuck in limbo until that EAD is processed
Hes buying votes
Greencards cant vote
+ it'll take a couple of years after green card to get citizenship and vote. The election is in 6 months.
Donât understand why the spouse of an American wouldnât have applied for a green card already? Especially within 10 yearsâŠ.
Have actually been though this with my immigrant husband. I was born a US citizen. Yes, you do have the right to directly apply for a green card as the spouse of a US citizen. It takes years and costs $$$. I'm sure many immigrant spouses can't afford it.
If a non-citizen enters illegally and marries a US citizen, they cannot just apply for a GC. They have file a I-601A waiver and leave the country and get a GC through the consulate that can put you in admin processing. So there's some risk involved

Spouses of US citizens who have been in the US for 10+ years will have the opportunity to apply for a green card and eventually citizenship.
âSpouses of citizensâ what are you talking about lol they can get citizenship much easier than that
Why donât you read the actual article?
