Help with Capital One 401k account

Hey guys, I'm trying to diversify my Capital One 401k contribution. I've never used fidelity before. I was able to transfer my old 401k money to fidelity and invest in the index funds I wanted. For my contributions from Capital One, I am trying to figure out what's the best way to diversify my investments.
