Hi all, @Fidelity Investments software engineer contractor can work from outside of usa for few weeks.
Current total Compensation - $135k
Most company’s HR will say no. There’s tax & visa implications that depend on the industry, the country, & your nationality. 99% of HR departments aren’t prepared to answer this question and would default to “no”

2 weeks you can work without any issue, anything longer than that will be subjected to country regulations and tax implications
That's incorrect according to FTS. No working abroad for contractors.
For me as an contractor employee, it is not allowed to work from India
How about work from Mexico ?
