How is wlb in Google Cloud for PM

Have a recruiter outreach from Google Cloud (for Bay Area). How is the PM wlb in Google Cloud overall? Can I survive by putting in 8-4/9-5 everyday (aka ~ 35-40 hrs/wk)? And can I take occasional break for doc appointments etc? Looking for some insights to decide if I want to move forward or not. I have 3 young kids below 5 so I cannot grind like there’s nothing else in life. Wlb is good at SAP but pay is 🥜. Also work is dead wood these days. YOE: 12 TC (Bay Area): 225k
