How soon do you finish your entire interview process with a company
Say you are seriously interested and considering about a position that you like. 2 questions: 1. The recruiter reached out to you today to schedule the first round of interview. Do you schedule it within a month or a couple of weeks? 2. Once you passed the screening interviews, you reached the virtual on-site. Do you schedule them within a few weeks, a month, 2 months later? 3 months later? Of course, youโre not desperate, having a decent job now. People seem to want to schedule weeks between each screen and interview so that they can prepare โฆ it really slows the process down. On our side there are a lot of candidates and itโs making it hard to batch to make a decision
